We are a youth-led movement cultivating the next generation of changemakers through innovative education, sustainable finance, and community-driven impact.
Who We Are
Seed Initiative (SI) was founded in 2023 by a group of passionate young leaders who recognized a critical gap in youth empowerment: while young people make up over half the world's population, they remain significantly underrepresented in decision-making spaces, financial systems, and leadership roles.
Our organization operates on the belief that every young person has the potential to be a catalyst for positive change in their community. We provide the tools, resources, and platforms needed to transform that potential into real-world impact.
Through our core programs in education, microfinance, and civic engagement, we have already supported over 2,500 young leaders across 15 countries. But we are just getting started.

In just two years of operation, Seed Initiative has grown from a local university club to a registered international NGO with chapters across three continents.
