Our Mission
Seed Initiative exists to empower young people with the knowledge, capital, and networks they need to launch and sustain impactful ventures in their communities, fostering a global generation of purpose-driven changemakers.
Knowledge
We provide accessible, high-quality education in financial literacy, leadership, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement. Our curriculum is co-designed with youth, peer-to-peer mentors, and subject-matter experts to ensure it is relevant, practical, and free.
Capital
We operate the Youth Microloan Fund, providing small, low-interest loans to young entrepreneurs who lack access to traditional banking. Our loan model incorporates peer guarantees and mentorship rather than collateral requirements.
Networks
We connect young leaders with peers, mentors, and decision-makers through our Global Youth Summit, local chapter meetups, and digital collaboration platforms. These relationships spark partnerships that outlast our formal programs.
Our Vision
A world where every young person has the opportunity, resources, and support to create the change they wish to see, regardless of their geography, gender, or economic background.
By 2030, we aim to:
- Empower 50,000 young leaders annually through our programs
- Facilitate $50M in youth-led enterprise funding
- Establish 100 active chapters across 40 countries
- Influence policy changes in 15+ national governments
- Divert 1,000 tons of waste from landfills through youth green ventures
